'm just assuming that April will have a tax selling spell and in May we run out of steam due to lack of news and the upcoming summer blues... Summer blues?? That has to be market specific. Geeez when you live in a place that averages 275 inches of snow each season, people look forward to summer. This year was a little light with only 225 inches. I may even go outside today:-) See if our yard is still here.
