Unless you recently changed your handle, I don't believe we have never met. Since you obviously know my position on LGOV, why have you not posted on the LGOV threads?
Now, concerning the recent filing, have you had a chance to read it?
LGOV is currently a "company" with unverifiable assets, valued at around 230MM (market cap) that is losing over 2MM per year on a MM&1/2 revenue, and with 16.3K in the bank, as of the end of 1999.
I have to shake my head in disbelief that this stock is trading at a dollar and change per share.
There may be worse examples, but this one is one I am familiar with.
Keep in mind, I would not be on LGOV's case if hollem and "the Dusted one" had been civil when I began asking questions a couple of years ago.
