Seeing as I live 5 mi from the growing Sun campus in Broomfield, CO (and spent a couple years working there), and am not coast-biased, I'd be glad to mediate/ref any Crab cook-off in CO.
If we include oysters, we'll have to toss in the rocky mountain variety as well and "seperate the men from the boys". I'd suggest staying in Boulder, a way cool town close to Denver and even closer to Broomfield.
We could probably swing a shareholder tour of the campus as well. The datacenter is incredible, rows and rows of nothing but Sun servers, Sun storage arrays and CISCO routers.

BTW, anyone here use Together/J? I love this tool! IMO, much better at reverse engineering than Rose, just point it at an existing code base and poof!, it sucks up all the code into packages and generates class diagrams, then can generate some of the best HTML documentation I have ever seen (all diagrams included). Pattern based code generation (EJB included), etc...
Absolutely worth the $3k license.
