Just a small mention from the Seattle Times (Sunday 3/26/2000):

seattletimes.com

More than 40 companies displayed their wares Wednesday at the 14th annual Pacific Northwest Investor Conference. Kudos belong to U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray for spending big bucks to put on a splendid show.

Wall Street Recap elbowed its way into 10 of the presentations and found solid, professional performances at each stop.

.......

Company: F5 Networks.

Grade: A-.

Chief Executive Jeff Hussey skillfully led the audience through this Seattle company, a leader in Internet traffic management. F5 makes equipment that directs Internet traffic to the network server best able to receive it.

This was not a particularly showy or colorful display, just information well-presented. Plus, the company has two profitable quarters behind it and plans to string up a lot more.

F5 didn't ship its first product until July 1997, but recently overtook Cisco Systems for No. 1 in the market.

........

Note a bad little performance..... Now let's see the price reflect the product and the company....
