The only thing on your map is WINERIES!* Not at all true! I admit that if there are wineries along the way, I will usually fit in a couple of stops somewhere along there, but there is a lot of nice stuff up there where there are no wineries... just got an invite from the Benbow Inn, for example, after a trip up there to see the Avenue of the Giants and the Trinity Alps. You're driving around half tanked I am always careful to fill up before I leave!
