Can you prove they did? There's no evidence either way. Can you prove Ericsson's management is deliberately sabotaging one of their own products, the R290, and putting a $100 million contract in jeopordy?

By the way, the R190 in not in production yet either. ACeS has only 1000 preproduction R190's for testing. Ericsson doesn't have as strong an incentive to see Globastar rampup as ACeS because they don't get a share of the Globalstar revenue generated by MOU as they do with ACeS, but that doesn't prove sabotage.
