Hi Angler,

Assuming the merger goes through next month, we will be getting 0.215 shares of TSCP, a Nasdaq-listed stock, to replace each share of PCOM:

Although the TSCP thread is inactive on SI, there's some fairly active discussions over on Raging Bull and Yahoo.
