Neither you nor I want this stupid deal to go through, but the question here is: exactly how does the deal NOT go through, or not go through as is??? Let's talk about possibilities on the assumption that the Corel stock stays where it is:-

(1) Fuller and the BOD calls off the deal, with or without penalty?

My speculation: No.

(2) Cowpland calls off the deal?

My speculation: Catherine Zeta-Jones will marry me first.

(3) Change the ratio?

My speculation: Maybe.

(4) Another buyer comes in?

My speculation: No.

(5) A majority No vote?

My speculation: Maybe, and likely if Coates starts something going with other institutional holders, and/or the INPR stock price gets lower.

(6) The first order of business after the merger?

..... that we the Corel shareholders are not stupid, and after witnessing how incredibly Fuller trashed his own INPR shareholders, the new Chairman is hence voted, unanimously, the Chairman emeritus effective immediately, i.e. dont let him do any deal for us heaven forbids!
