The first order of business after the merger?

..... that we the Corel shareholders are not stupid, and after witnessing how incredibly Fuller trashed his own INPR shareholders, the new Chairman is hence voted, unanimously, the Chairman emeritus effective immediately, i.e. dont let him do any deal for us heaven forbids!

Does that mean you would want the combined companies to be run by Cowpland without anyone else having any chance of controlling him?

I agree that Fuller seems to have really messed up by getting us into this situation but would you rather be led by Cowpland, unrestrained by anyone else? (I'm still waiting for after the quiet period to become convinced that this is good for Inprise shareholders and for the company---but I think that the odds of that are even lower than you had for Cowpland calling of the deal.)
