Here's the deal fellow investors. The spin off of clipstream to a separate company will allow both company to be able to concentrate on their core products. If either of them are very succesful, current shareholders win. If only one of them is succesful, current shareholders win. Its win win for current shareholders. This assumes that the IPO of clipstream which WILL occur, will be of the same variety as that of the COMS spinoff. IE. 20% IPO and 80% to current shareholders. If this is not the intent of management, it should be... any comments?
