Hi all - about insider selling. That's one of the few reasons I took in considerations and decided not to commit a full position. While it is never a pleasant thing, one should put that into perspectives. 1) check out their salaries, these people are not pulling in a huge sum; 2) all the top officials are young enough with heavy familial burden; biz.yahoo.com and 3) look at the unexercisable [from last year proxy,] edgar-online.com they will be getting more in the future. Incidentally, I didn't see Peterson's numbers though, even though he has been around since 97. My guess is that his compensation package is in the middle of the pack Finally, hope I am not wrong <g>, it seems that they have a habit of exercising their options, even though the company has been beating the street in the past 4 Qs If I were living in Irwine, CA, I would need to exercise those options too <VBG> best, Bosco
