Chic Re....It was something from AMD. The rumor started in November if I remember right. I'm pretty sure you guys brought it up here? I'd have to assume that it's a copper chip out of Dresdan. If not, AMD has some really big cards in thier hand (I doubt this). Chic, many times on these boards we hear rumors about rumors, and its nice to hear that these were true. Did you hear these rumors recently, after IBM SAMPLED Willy or before? If so this could be big. If Willy isn't demonstratively faster, no one will pay the extra cost of Rambus, and sales will be limited until DDRRAM chipset is available. On a lighter side, do you work in cement blockhouse by west beltline or in another location. I heard IBM was going to build research bldg. by American family. Did they?
