I honestly do not believe this was proper. You do. The SEC does not. I do not know what else there is to say on this. If I grant That there is an alliance and that it is as Strategic as the press release claims and you infer. Then it is also fraudulent IMO not to perform you fudiciary duty and release that something so Strategic is no longer in effect. This would be especially fraudulent IMO if they allow this misperception to persist while insiders sell stock at inflated levels. Do you disagree with this statement? Do you believe that insiders did not sell at the inflated prices we are talking about? I will grant that if there were no insider sales, or planned sales than this is not as bad as if there were. Thank you for your wishes towards my family. I know there are bigger things than ECNC. I don't even have a position in the stupid thing. :-) Erik
