Cries of unfairness by the government are a waste of breath. True, only because we are a representative republic. However, we do have a part in selecting some of those representatives, by of course voting. It is worth noting that George W. Bush is on the record as saying he "is opposed to breaking up Microsoft". Whereas the current administration, which appointed Janet Reno, views punishment of Microsoft as "a victory for consumers". Those are too very distinct viewpoints. So, keep these things in your citizen mind.
