Anyone buying in the morning on buyout news. Odd this news comes out now with UIS sitting near its 52 week low on low volume.Somebody had to know?? I like to buy on the rumor. Is this true ? Well seems like a good buy in the morning if most traders take it easy bidding it up . JIM
