Yeah, I've been keeping ELAW on my watchlist. ELAW has 24MM shares out, so a market cap of about $140MM. With Compass's 6MM shares out (hopefully that figure is still accurate), that would put us at $23/share. From browsing Elaw's website and doing a little DD, I can see that ELAW is quite a bit further developed than Compass....but still, I'd hope that we'd open at >$1/share. We'll see.

This field seems to be getting crowded, so Compass better get their butt in gear.
