Hi Dude,

I saw the S&P report of AZX. My concern is that they only give 0.39 earning for year 2000, but give average 0.79 for 2001. Book value $8.27. They rate it HOLD. Now, the picture is clear. AZX has to show growth in order ot get higher PE. If the best they can do is to get back to 0.79 in 2001 and not much improvement after that, the stock will only get PE 10 at the best. However, if they can show that their water management and trading are a great growth business to be in, this stock will go much higher. What is your view in this direction?
Thanks.

Sincerely,
Wade
