My thoughts are that with teh Xcetra opening way before the NYSE something should be more concretely known and that your buying opportunity wcould be less leveraged ... IF and I mean IF the buyout is real ... still to be substantiated.

There also could be a UP-bidding contest for such a valuable property as UIS.
