Darwin, Robert Friedland was the source of the old DFR returning to the
diamond business, "sometime in the future", pronounced this past April
at the Atlanta Investment Conference.

I have seen pic's of DeBeers rigs, which I take you mean "ships", as
they dredge up minerals from the seabed pocket accumulation of diamond
materials and sort throught this on the ship. I seem to recall numbers
mentioned like they (DeBeers) has six ships doing this off the South East
African coast, and that they get about 20% of their production from the
seabeds using the ships.. so it is a bonafide way to "mine" diamonds.

I attended a private presentation and meeting with the Namco folks and
saw and handled the diamonds they dredged up in exploring and sampling
and proving up areas to mine. They looked great.
