I'm very glad you think this way.

It only reinforces the fact that I'm on the right track.

If you are going to lead, you always want to be going in the direction where all the arrows are pointing. Change means the majority - the status quo - has the most to lose. Oftentimes this resistance is primarily political in nature. Nobody inside wants to validate anything "outside." For with politics, validating anything outside can only invalidate the "inside" source of power.

If Novell's executives are questioning the value of reading these posts from me, then this is music to my ears.

For I really think the entire power structure inside Novell must be radically, totally and completely turned inside out.

The question is: Does Eric have the guts to lead this revolution???
