Unfortunately Jeff, I have learned nothing new in the last few days. I am refraining from speaking to mgmt at this time because I am reasonably sure that I'll receive cookie cutter reponses that wil provide little if any information. Also I would not want to damage my repoire with mgmt by taking them to task on this. Its all in the filing .... and yes ...... it does beat bankrupcy. The other problem I have is that Antex must feel they won't be receiving any money alliance-wise in the near future ... which is disappointing. Amigo Mike
