new developments in the $12 M Gillaspie suit against LFT ...
There were docket entries Mar 16.
Not sure about the significance. One of the issues involved
is a defense by Wilcher on the argument that the 'contract'
required arbitration of using the 'International Chamber of
Commerce', rather than a court.
Recall that the complaint alleges that LFT received the money
in a large HYIP scam against victim Gillaspie.
