Scumbria, I wonder how long before AMD is implicated, and I also wonder if Intel had/has any role in Rambus' decision to sue. Just for the discussion sake, if Intel does have a role in Rambus' frenzy of legal suits - is it illegal or unethical to collude with another company to prevent a new competing technology from taking any foothold, or is it just Intel scrambling?
