Maybe this is new J V partner in Honduras.

glamis.com
Considered a classic epithermal gold property, the San Martin Mine
was acquired in the Mar-West Resources acquisition, and is 100%
owned by Glamis Gold. The mine will be an open-pit, heap leach
operation, with primary crushing and agglomeration. Development of
the mine has been approved by the Glamis Board and full
construction activities will commence in January 2000 with initial
production scheduled for late in the third quarter of 2000. The $27
million capital investment will be financed internally from cash on
hand.
