Yes there could certainly be other bidders for UIS.
They always come out of the woodwork when one makes a move. Last time was the WLA deal. That stock made a 50% move in one day and has stayed up there. I believe UIS so undervalued now that a 50% move would not be enough. Hopefully UIS management will agree. UIS was at $50 six months ago and nothing has changed but a Y2K slowdown warning, same as IBM and others. The PE is very low and the potential growth very high.
