Simply said I (not necessarily anyone else) believe UIS would be an extremely valuable asset/partner/etc. for either CPQ or DELL ... I meant/knew nothing more by my 'coded' comment(s). As well, I wouldn't be surprised to see other potential suitors come out of the woodwork if in fact DTK is interested in buying UIS ... a slight bidding war would be beneficial for u(i)s shareholders. From all I have read, so far, a NO DTK offer is on the table yet ... time will tell. No mention yet this morning on CNBC ... it all may have been just a rumor. All-in-all ... UIS is extremely undervalued at this price and should atleast a double from here during 2000. Michael (sorry for any confusion)
