Dear JDN: Yes, and I was hoping you would offer to make them for us when we are at the TX feast.

About the oyster/crab taste-off, I think JCJ and Thomas have been doing a wonder job discussing wines for the soft shelled crabs and East Coast oysters. As a sign of my appreciation, I shall bring a few cases of a fine vintage wine for their dungenous crabs. Word has it that February 2000 is an especially good month for Ripple.
