MSFT's holding the 109 range in pre-market is very positive in my opinion. Gives credence to theory that government is posturing, and that there is real substance to MSFT's offer. Seems like they are giving the government almost all they wanted. Govt is paranoid that MSFT's lawyers will slip something by them, like the feel they did in the 1995 settlement. Let the games continue. larry
