B: CBQ, Inc. the E-Business Marketplace to Offer Free E-Commerce Web Site
Development System in China, United States

BEIJING and ADDISON, Texas, Mar 27, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CBQ, Inc.
The E-Business Marketplace (OTCBB:CBQI) announced today that it will
offer free access to an e-commerce Web site development system in
conjunction with NoMatterWare.com of Calgary, Alberta. The companies
will offer the system in the United States, China, and around the
globe.

NoMatterWare, Inc. developed the automated, interactive online system,
which is designed to make getting started in Web business simple,
convenient and fast. The system is offered to customers free of charge
for a limited time. The companies' co-branded Web site system,
available at cbq.nomatterware.com, is fully e-commerce enabled
and requires no prior Internet knowledge to use.

CBQ will modify the system to support the Chinese language and
introduce it in Chinese markets, as part of the company's ongoing
initiatives in that region. CBQ also owns ChinaSoft, Inc. and
ChinaPartners, Inc. ChinaSoft provides services including software
development for enterprise computing and Internet development. China
Partners is focused on facilitating trade and investment opportunities
between U.S. and Chinese companies (Visit www.cbq.com for more
information.).

"For the first time in Internet history, NoMatterWare enables every
small business to have a professional looking, easy to use, dynamic Web
presence with ease," said John Harris, CEO, CBQ, Inc. "They can quickly
set up business, add content and market to virtually anyone in the
world."

Setting up a site is intuitive and quick. Once at the
cbq.nomatterware.com site, users simply click through the
automated Web Wizard, inputting data such as telephone, fax and
address. Once the six-step process is complete, the user clicks Finish
and the Web site is complete. The site allows small business to
incorporate a myriad of tools for marketing, sales and communications,
including product listings, services offered, events calendars, contact
lists, frequently asked questions, testimonials, newsletters, media
releases and more.

"Taking NoMatterWare technology to the Chinese market is a challenge we
are thrilled to face," said Brad Churchill, president, NoMatterWare,
Inc. "We will work to ensure our system will be extremely successful
there, allowing us to interact with an enormous potential customer
base."
