CIO of Quebecor to Take Over as CEO of Informission

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Informission Group Inc., a subsidiary of
Quebecor Inc., announced today that Mr. Jacques Malo, Executive
Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Quebecor Inc.,
will assume the position of President and Chief Executive Officer
of Informission, and join the board of directors. Mr. Jacques
Topping, former CEO of Informission remains on the board of
directors.
Mr. Jacques Malo has 28 years of experience in management,
information technology and consulting. He has held several key
management positions, including roles with a major Quebec
financial institution where he was responsible for marketing,
e-commerce strategy, communication and business reengineering. He
was also chief operating officer of a large technology
organization.
