Tommy:
As I mentioned, a lot is going on in the RFR camp. There were two buy rec. made last week for the stock. (Kaiser and ???) Several more to follow.

The court case wrapped up last Thursday w/ very encouraging comments from RFR/ BC attryns. It will take the judge 60+ days to render a final ruling, but w/ additional case precedence in RFR's favor set last week in a similar case regarding(implied vs documented) land rights, RFR should come out on top big time.

Once again, I see this stock returning to the 1-2 cnd range during these crappy markets- but considering what we have seen in the US eq. mkts. Anything is liable to happen and sooner than later.

Inventories, while still important, are not as important to price setting due to the amount of manipulation.

Watch for the price of zn to jump 10-25% should the LME fall below the 4 week level. 259k'ish...

China is still the wild card, but will all going on over there, IMHO, they will be a net buyer for 2000 -2002.

Keep the faith. This is a great company, we great reverves and a plan to drill more and expand into other areas...
