Thanks for your response - I too have been reducing my holdings - luckily I have made some decent returns on other stocks and can sell MLSM for the tax break - I wish it was less of a break - cash flow sure would be nice about now with taxes coming due. It just pisses me off that I was sooooo stupid about this one - I should have known....I took a very big position for me at a dollar (expecting 3-6 month turn around) got suckered - it went to 1.20, dropped to .75 and then kept dropping.... I couldn't really sell so I averaged down over the past two years - (when I should have let go and invested elsewhere) A very costly lesson for me I'll probably keep a token amount of the stock just to remind me and keep me honest - and of course you never know....
