Trim-A-Lawn Product Shipments Have Begun
UTICA, N.Y., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Trim-A-Lawn Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TLWNE - news) today announced that with the infusion of capital, production for and shipments to Menards, Meijers, Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware and Fingerhut have begun for the season. Others will follow shortly. The first corded electric trimmer models (``Electrim') will be shipped starting the first week in April. Production of the new ``Weed Blaster' will also start in April. The development of the battery powered trimmer models continues on an accelerated rate for introduction during the spring of 2001.

As a follow up to the announcement of March 16, 2000, the company has entered into negotiations to merge with a fully reporting company to permit Trim-A-Lawn to satisfy its registration and reporting requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and achieve compliance under the eligibility rules governing the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. Trim-A-Lawn anticipates the completion of the merger very shortly.

This merger will cause the removal of the ``E' designation and the stock symbol will be changed to TLWN from TLWNE.
