ELEC owns 21% of A1? 21% of 14.3 million shares = 3 mill
shares to ELEC. TALK is $17 per share giving ELEC $51 mill.
$51 mill / 11.5 mill shares out equals $4.43 per share of ELEC.

Any corrections? (TALK is now 16.5)
