Jim, Re: If you own Microsoft stock and support the current goings on in Washington, you have a serious conflict of interest. I own MSFT but have no say what is going on in your country :-) But one thing I know is no matter what the case turn out, Microsoft will continue to make tons of money for the foreseeable future which will be reflected in the stock 2 years from now. So settlement or not is a non issue IMO. Gary
