(CDNX:TNT; OTCBB:TNTTF) reports audited financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1999 (expressed in Canadian dollars) that confirm the preliminary financial results released on February 11, 2000. The Company reports 1999 revenues of $1.35 million, which is triple the 1998 revenue of $0.45 million. Based on this level of revenue, the Company reports a net loss for the 1999 year of less than $1 million dollars, or a loss per share of $0.05, compared to a net loss for the 1998 year of over $3 million dollars, or a loss per share of $0.22. Cash and cash equivalents as of December 31, 1999 were more than $2 million.
