If the judge rules against Microsoft, 19 states could use this to sue microsoft. This will have a long lasting effect on the stock price.
You see, here in the USA we have 90% of the worlds Lawyers.
They run Washington, the trial Lawyers association supports Clinton and the status quo. They think attacking American companies is an ego trip. They have the resources of the american taxpayer.
