Price setbacks are inevitable when exercising warrants. I feel the need to mention this to all the new comers in the investment field. It not a sign of downward momentum.
It wouldn't be a wise move for anyone to sell.

The proceeds from the exercise are being implemented towards meeting company objectives. The holdings of Roman Corporation and Peter D'Cruz haven't been touched. They alone account for 3.5 million shares.

Also, I don't see sell-offs from Yorkton either.
