Hawaiin alert... I believe IDTC will see $60 this week. It is likley that the Liberty media situation signals the rest of the deal is done and no matter which way you shake it out, IDT will book about a billion and a half dollars or $40 per share to shareholder equity. There is no way the deal isn't better than originally reported or HJ would not have taken the additional time. They then can announce their restructuring with some of the most powerful partners in the world. THAT, is my opinion.
