Amoezzi, First off, I didn't say the deal with AOL was almost done. I said the deal was almost done and it could be with anybody or a combination of many. Secondly, it is not unusual at all for sort of a quid pro quo relationship to be established. Not unlike when AOL was granted cheap options on NTOP stock.

IF, Liberty or their parent is somehow involved in the NTOP situation they very likely would take a stake in IDTC first as a quid pro quo to the other. I mean, why would they possibly want to do it the other way around and they aren't going to pay twice for the same thing.

Nobody knows anything for sure but I use my wits, logic and intelligence and come up with that scenario.
