I think Frisky is wrong. I bet ZSUN sues him. He says that one share of ZSUN for every EBITDA dollar OIA makes, will go to the OIA original owners. Isn't it actually 2 shares of ZSUN/$1 EBITDA for OIA. After all the OIA deal was all done and drawn up PRE-split. I just hate to see guys fill the boards with misinformation like that, I sure hope he corrects it before an investor is mislead. Mr. Burns
