I was thinking the same about ATI Tech. These companies just trade sideways until the market corrects and they follow it down. They don't seem to want to follow it up. If GEAC is spinning off parts of the company, they are going to end up trying to do it when the market softens...if they don't get a move on. They might be a good company but if they are not growing significantly, the market wont reward them...Anything on the horizon?
