As I pointed out the accusation is against a principal, not 'principals', the principal is a former one and was employed at a subsiduary of TSI's major shareholder.

Abra, we are talking two different Abra's here, the one involved being a company owned by the Abra Group.

You could look at this in a different perspective, Abra Group is like an investment fund, If a Canadian or US fund manager is accused of securities fraud, do we sell or avoid all the companies the fund and their affiliates own?

As for a couple of your other points
I don't think TSI or any company can guarantee they won't
be named in a press story. I would not expect TSI or any company to say anything about a court case against a former employee of an investor in their stock.

I can understand you being concerned and if you or anyone for that matter is not comfortable with this or any other risk they should look at other investments.

To be succesful we have to continually look at the risks weighed against rewards.
