THat's weird. At first I thought it was warrants of some kind, but your link shows it to be a common stock. How could this be a legit trade if the spinoff has not yet occurred? Have they issued any shares to the employees or MMs yet? And I doubt another company could get away with naming their stock C-CUBE.
