Where have you been, Appleton is doing the same type of financial pimping that Agee did
at MK and Boise Cascade, here are just a few examples
Micron Display this was hyped big time, then after it was messed up they rolled it back into
MU, but after they very richly compensated those involved
Micron Communications, same thing, hyped as using so much Si that Lehi would be needed
just to support it, they were rolled back into mother MU after another rich compensation to those
involved.
MQD Mu dumped hundreds of millions into this venture and then blinked and rolled them back
under MU after dilluting the stock by about 1% to do it
Rendition, a real winner here, 2 years and still no product but another 1.5% dillution
Lehi, fast tracked and then mothballed, now lets see is it or is it not a test facility? Who knows?
TI's DRAM operations, a complete disaster here, lets take some old outdated facilities spend a lot
of money to upgrade at the top of the cycle to add more capacity to an already over-supplied market.
A reliability problem that MU lied about
If this is not straight out of the Agee playbook it is as close as it gets. And if you want to dig deeper
fust look no further than Steve's Million dollar new office, the micron sponsored air fair where Steve could
fly one of his 15 planes all of this when MU was posting loss's of 100's of millions. How does a guy that is supposed to on top of things at MU find the time for Extensive travel and 100's of hours of flight time? The answer is he cannot and is not.
As far as all the non executives that have hung tough and can now cash in, all of these people were
well compensated while they worked there so lets hype the stock and allow a transfer of wealth from
shareholders to employee's, I'm sure all of the MK employee's and shareholders who lost everything
due to one mans ego and greed understand and sympathize. When this bubble bursts and it will, then
the Statesman will begin to look into the hype and lie's and then we will see how much sympathy there
is in the community then.

Devastated by Agee and who hopes that it does not happen again. |
