3) Mendocino Celeron
4) 450NX 4-way chipset
5) Profusion 8-way chipset
6) Streaming SIMD enhancements
7) Advanced Hub Architecture (a.k.a. HubLink)
8) Coppermine
9) FC-PGA packaging
10) Notched 0.18u gates

There, that's a good partial list of Intel innovations, and that's not even going back very far. You can argue that some of them shouldn't be considered "Intel innovations" (i.e. Profusion was bought from Corollary; FC-PGA is kind of a non-issue), but the list will still be much longer than you could ever imagine.
