That is a lot of minutes for non-business user and at point it makes good sense to no longer have a wire phone at home, except for internet access.

It would make sense if it were a given that you could connect to Sprint's network. I am a new Sprint customer, and have been dismayed to find that I can't make a connection, or the "service is unavailable" more often than it should be. (You can go to analog and pay for roaming, but it defeats the whole purpose). And I am not in a remote calling area (I'm in the middle of West Los Angeles!)
