The best thing for the market is if Bre-X has at least has some gold. However, there is life after Bre-X in any case just as there was life before it. I am less pessimistic about the fallout and less optimistic about the results Monday than you are but who really knows what Monday will bring. So let us hope for at least a cushioned result from Strathcona on Monday. My bet is that much of the disaster stuff is behind us and after a short further washout the companies with real value will start up again. I am very bullish on Gold at this point in the cycle and also bullish on the energy sector. With respect to GGFI, Lyndex has been doing very well despite Bre-X and is a case in point of how good drill holes can move a stock against the current. The money flow will continue to follow value as it is uncovered.
