Good Evening-

I have been invested in Innovacom since Aug '96....obviously through some
dark times for the company.

With recent products coming to market and revenues finally ramping up I have
a few questions:

1. Are any new products going to be shown/demonstrated in Las Vegas for the
April trade show?

2. Can you give any comment on rumors that Innovacom is even remotely in
conversation/dealings with Cisco?

3. Have any debentures been liquidated for the month of March as stated in
the most recent SEC filings?

Any other pertinent information would be appreciated.

Thank you for your recent inquiry. The company will be showcasing new
products at the April trade show. If you will be anywhere near the Las
Vegas area April 10-13, I would encourage you to drop by for a demo. I
would be happy to arrange a complimentary pass for you!

With regard to your other questions, I am not at liberty to discuss the
company's dealings with Cisco at this time. Also, I am not sure at this
time if any debentures have been liquidated.
