Hi Alexis: I use Schwab and noticed one day that 100,000 plus shares were being traded at .02. It appeared to be a buy. The same thing happened the next day and then the next with the highest trade price being .05. I never saw a bid and ask appear. I called Schwab who said since it was pink sheets they couldn't really provide any information. I think I might have a phone number for the company somewhere but haven't looked yet. Was hoping someone here might know something. I noticed today that the price is back down to .01 but There weren't trades, near as I can tell.

If the company no,longer exists then how can we still have shares? I bought 4000 shares of Discovery Zone a few years ago only to discover that the company had not come out of bankruptcy and that there was some kind of mix up. The ix up was never explained, the shares disappeared, and i still don't know what happened. My assumption, therefore, is that if the company was going to be liquidated (which was the information I had) and if that occurred, I would think the shares are gone. So I'm mystified.

I'm sorry I can't be helpful. I too keep it for the humility lesson. Added a whole bunch when it was about.12 to bottom fish. It was my first buy and sell the calls play and I was naive enough to not buy the calls back after the Phase III tanked, otherwise I'd be fine.

Best wishes
